These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Adhoc-edition.com. They will be the responsibility of the customer and are his full responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or bodies of his country. We advise our customers to inquire about these aspects with the local authorities concerned.

In case of unavailability of product after placing the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail. If the new delivery time poses a problem, the cancellation or modification of the order may be requested by writing to contact@adhoc-edition.com.

In the case of an order consisting of products with different availabilities, the entire order is delayed until the replenishment of all the products constituting it. The customer has the option of having the different elements of an order shipped separately, but shipping costs will be charged. If unavailable products mean that the amount of the order no longer reaches the required minimum, delivery costs may be charged.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are invoiced in addition to the selling price of the products. Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the customer's address and the delivery method chosen by the customer.

If the carriage paid was reached thanks to products which were out of stock and which it is ultimately impossible to supply, the carriage costs will have to be paid by the customer, or else the latter will have to find replacement products so that his order reaches the minimum amount allowing him to continue to obtain free shipping.

The offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
